职责描述：
Deliver the projects within the agreed timeline and quality requirements
全面负责项目的交期和质量管理，包括：
1、Define, promote and control implementation of processes and quality procedures for effective project delivery 定义、推动及控制项目质量程序实施，保证项目有效交付
2、Ensure compliance of the project management processes to external and internal standards and regulations 确保项目流程内外合规
3、Apply productivity and quality targets and monitor them to assess results for all projects 通过效能和质量对项目进行管理及评估。
4、Organize jobs assignments within the project managers team according to business needs 根据业务需要在项目经理团队内组织工作分配
5、Build, coach and develop competencies of the team under scope of responsibilities 建立团队成员的职责并进行指导帮助，赋能
6、Analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses and to propose operational improvements and cost saving 根据项目指标识别改进点，持续改进及降本
7、Respond to escalated project issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions 应对可能阻碍项目交付的升级项目问题，协调解决方案
8、Participate to calls with stakeholders to support the Project Management team on reporting on key projects progress 参与相关者会议，支持项目管理团队报告关键项目进度
9、Manage complex projects to balance the team workload 管理复杂项目，平衡团队工作负荷

任职要求：
1、Bachelor degree or above
2、Understanding of Project phases and processes （PM BOK）
3、Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO17020 or ISO17025 is a plus
4、At least 3 years project management and 2 years team management experiences
5、Experience with solar modules, energy storage or factory inspection is a plus
6、Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
7、Good command of the Office package, knowledge of data analysis
8、Proficient in spoken and written English
9、Outstanding communication skills, problem solver
10、Maintain high ethics and keep clients interests paramount
