工作职责
一、 根据财务制度的规定和要求负责上海子公司日常报销费用的审核, 并在用友U8系统中输入凭证.
According to Finance rule to check subsidiary company of Shanghai expense claim report and do the journal entries in U8.
二、 负责上海及子公司各供应商应付账款的管理与核销,供应商发票与收货单订单的核对与凭证的录入,付款凭证的编制；定期制作已收货未开票明细表。
Responsible for Shanghai and Ningbo each supplier accounts payable reconciliation, check the supplier invoice and the receiving record, in charge of journal entry; prepare the report of goods receive but not invoiced.
三、 负责核对销售部门提供的开票申请及系统数据，及时开具相关的增值税或普通发票；
Checking the invoice application documents from Sales Dept. Check system delivery data, issue VAT invoice or ordinary VAT invoices timely
四、 协助销售部门及时完成相关客户的对账及结算工作；
Support sales department finish reconciliation and settlement work of related customer timely;
五、 完成上海子公司每月的纳税申报；
Complete the monthly tax returns for. subsidiary company of Shanghai
六、 每年协助外部审计并按时完成宁波税务局的所得税汇算清缴工作
Support the outside audit and finish annual income tax return report of Nibong Tax Bureau
七、 负责子公司所有日常业务会计凭证及相关票据的整理及装订工作；
In charge of all transitions vouchers in system and clear up and biding accounting vouchers.
八、 上级交办的其它事宜及各类所需报表。
Other works from supervisor and all kinds of reports.
任职要求：
1. 专科或以上财经类或者相关专业毕业
2. 2年以上制造行业工作经验
3. 有会计上岗证或者财务相关专业证书。
4. 熟练使用office软件及U8或相关财务系统软件，能够独立处理全盘账务，包括报税，出口退税，熟悉金税开票系统。
5. 具有一定的英语听，说，读，写能力。
6. 有驾照。
