2. 协助总监处理日常事务及各部门的工作沟通，执行跟踪，做到承上启下的作用；

3. 负责起草总监办事的各种文件及方案；

4. 灵活应对各种突发事件的处理；

5. 及时处理总监安排的其他事情。

任职要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；

2. 有商业店铺装修行业经验；

3. 英语听说读写流利；

4. 有较强的组织、协调、沟通能力。具备良好的人际交往和社交活动能力，敏锐的洞察力；

Cosmo started its business as a fitout contractor in 2008 while still carrying on with his millwork manufacturing in Shanghai. We used to be sub-contracted by the reputable international fitout contractors who acted as GC after being awarded with corresponding fitout projects mainly in the retail industry such as Bally, Dunhill and Michael Kors etc. Throughout the last few years , we have developed ourselves into a strong team of main contractor that can provide all fitout contracting works and millwork supply including M&E installation on site by employing our in house engineers . Being a diversified manufacturer, Cosmo also supplied a lot of metal works such as pre-fabricated, panels, trims and sub-structure as well as a variety of glass panels such as tempered glass, laminated glass and featured glass panels for facade construction on a turnkey basis in bundle with the fitout package. We have absorbed a lot of experience through our direct communication with clients and architects in respect of new and unique material applications , quality standard and design inspiration which enable us to achieve a sophisticated result as expected by international clients and designers. We also provide detailed shop drawings for review and approval prior to works commencement ensuring all details meet the required standards. Nowadays , we are handling projects directly with end users such as Bally, Dunhill, Michael kors and 6IXTH8IGHT etc by direct tendering and long term contracting on yearly basis. Constant and regular supply of furniture items to their worldwide outlets is one of our core business with these favourable clients.
