JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to commercial team through application-oriented offerings.
- Respond to customer interaction in support of new product introduction, customer service, complaint.
- Translation of customer needs to product offerings by companying/recommending in-house solutions.
- Responsible for lab experiment on product modification and customer application demo.
- Work together with SD and ELA plant chemist on product registration and trial to introduce new product and solution.
- Travel with in East and North China and to other locations on demand.
- Support to sales & marketing activities/events such as MDB/MDP, customer events, seminars or exhibitions.
- Team up with distributors, machinery and equipment manufacturers.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Bachelor degree and above,  major in polymer science or chemistry related.
- Over 3 years of experience in silicone rubber industry.
- Technical service experience would increase your value.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ingenious, professional integrity and good business acumen.
