职责描述：
1.负责建立质量评价体系，包括DLP评价体系和放行方案的开发工作；
2.负责生物学，理化表征等方法的开发；
3.负责跨部门项目沟通协作，共同执行项目开发工作；
4. 按照法规指导原则，设计和参与实验，收集并分析数据，撰写开发报告；
5.负责QC实验室仪器设备使用和维护工作。
Responsibilities
1.Establish quality evaluation system, including DLP evaluation system and release method development.
2.Responsible for the method development of biological, physical and chemical characterization.
3.Cooperate with other departments to promote project development.
4.Design and perform experiment, collect and document data/results according to applicable compliances.
5.Responsible for the care, handling, storage, and maintenance of related instruments and equipment in QC lab.
任职要求：
1.硕士以上学历，制药或分析化学相关专业，有制药公司GMP实验室工作背景者优先；
2.熟悉生物大分子质量控制体系和标准，熟悉DLP评价体系和标准；
3.具有各种分析仪器的自主操作能力；
4.具有良好的英语读写能力；具有团队合作精神和责任心，能够独立分析并解决问题。
Qualification Required
1.Master degree or above; major in pharmaceutical or analytical chemistry and work experience in GMP laboratory in pharmaceutical company is preferred.
2.Familiar with quality control system and standard of biological macromolecule, familiar with DLP evaluation system and standard.
3.Ability to operate various analytical instruments independently.
4.Excellent written and read English is a plus, with team work spirit and sense of responsibility; ability to analyze and solve problems independently.
