职位描述
岗位职责:
1、掌握客户需求，主动开拓；能自主制定和执行销售计划，达成并挑战销量目标；
2、利用网络平台和展会开拓海外玩具市场，有销往北美/欧洲/日韩/中东外贸经验者为佳；
3、有高度销售敏感性，对于区域内潜在及现有客户进行目标寻找、跟踪谈判；整理并回复询盘，做好后期跟进工作；
4、良好的沟通技能，能保持与客户长期良好的沟通，有处理客户问题/投诉的能力，善于发现客户问题之外的客户潜力 且进行再次销售；
5、收集业务信息，掌握市场动态，及时向领导汇报行情;
6、积极与公司各部门沟通协调，保证货物按时出口。
任职要求:
1、专科及以上，国际贸易或商务英语专业者优先(接受应届毕业生); 英语能力6级/ 有玩具外贸经验者优先；
2、年龄22-38岁， 有敏锐的商业嗅觉，较强的自主开拓能力，积极主动有冲劲；
3、能承受工作压力，具有自我学习和提升能力，有良好的团队协作能力，乐观并善于分享;
4、英语听说读写流利，能熟练其他小语沟通者优先; 熟悉外贸定制业务流程者优先/有外贸客户开发/销售经验者优先；
5、能引入客户资源及供应链资源者优先，可面谈。
