Job description (job content)
? The role will be responsible for driving sales performance for the Home Appliances ecosystem
? Maintain and develop existing and new key customers
? Provide sales technical service to customer
? Promoting products and securing new customers
? Developing annual business plans with customers/Distributor which includes setting sales goals and planning market development activities
? Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met

Profile (candidate's skills)
? 2-5 years of professional experience with a combination of Sales and Marketing or Application Engineering in a semiconductor industry (preferably in Home Appliances segment)
? Solid understanding of the Home Appliances market
? Fluent in spoken & written English
? Positive attitude, strategic mindset, and active team player
