• Manage the daily operation in the lab IMQ shanghai mainly focused on the technical requirement according to ISO 17025.
• 管理IMQ上海实验室的日常运作，主要关注技术要求符合ISO17025
• Provide the training to the testing engineer regarding the safety test and performance test for household appliance according to the relevant European standards.
• 为测试工程师提供培训，安规测试和性能测试要符合相关的欧洲标准
• Review the test record and prepare the test report for household appliance according to the relevant European standards.
• 根据相关欧洲标准审查测试记录并准备家用电器测试报告
• Review the test reports issued by the external testing lab recognized by IMQ in China.
• 审查由IMQ在中国认可的外部实验室出具的测试报告
• Manage the external assessment for the lab IMQ shanghai related to the technical requirement according to ISO 17025, such as CNAS, IAS accreditation.
• 管理IMQ上海对实验室的外部评估，涉及相关技术要求需符合ISO17025, 诸如CNAS, IAS认证

• Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 学士学位或者以上学历
• 5-7 years minimum experience in TIC field (Testing, Inspection & Certification)
• 至少5-7年测试、检验和认证领域的工作经验
• Lab operation experience is a plus
• 实验室运营经验是必须的
• Familiar with the standard EN 60335
• 熟悉欧盟标准60335
• Familiar with LVD, EMC and Rohs EU directives for CE marking
• 对CE标志的欧洲指令、规则（如LVD、EMC、ROhs）有所了解   
• Good communication in English 
• 良好的英语交流能力
• Good at office software, such as Excel, Word etc.
• 擅长办公软件，诸如Excel, Word等
