Job brief
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. This person will act as a liaison, provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
? Manage incoming calls in both English and Chinese
? Generate sales leads
? Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
? Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
? Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods
? Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
? Manage customer service activities including: order, delivery, return, replacement and refund
? Drive customer loyalty by managing process improvements, team quality, productivity standards and metrics
Requirements
? 3 years+ retail experience in e-Commerce customer support
? Detail orientated
? Good English proficiency
? Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
? Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
? Willingness to learn new things
? BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and fluency in Mandarin
? Demonstrated experience troubleshooting or resolving customers queries
? Marketing related experience is a plus
