Development and implementation of Pricing Strategy, Pricing Architecture, Policy, Guidelines and processes.

Coordinate the development and preparation of Gross Price List & margin guidelines and Discount Levels for existing product lines and new products.

Analyze the profit of potential markets and target customers, and supporting Product Management in the recommendation of price structures and price levels for new and existing products per assigned product lines.

Assess special pricing requests or requests for quotes profitability and commercial effects of transactional pricing decisions across product lines.

Support the FI team for the difference analysis (including but not limit to price/GEA cost etc.).

Review and advice on the price policy which including quotations, PO/SO confirmation etc.

Provide detailed analysis on key revenue and gross margin trends.

Prepare monthly price reports and the analysis different status (including by article, by product group and by customer).

Ensure all the actual price to customer under the correct Discount Level (from level 1 to 6).

Review low margin products and identify price and margin opportunities to improve customer and global product line profitability. Perform margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives as required.

Support Finance Director for Hub China products price and cost analysis.

Work closely with Product Management to provide analytical support and analysis in making recommendations for price adjustments & changes (product life cycle, cost inflation, exchange rates variation).

Deeper understanding of market insights, competitive benchmarking, reference valuation, and cost to serve in order to implement pricing tactics and strategies to maximize sales revenue opportunities.

Experience:

Essential:

Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting/sales analysis area.

Experience in pricing, costing, FP&A or Management Accounting.

Experience with SAP.

Desirable:

Certificates in accounting, finance management is preferred.

Experience with Advanced Pricing Software also a plus.

Skill:

Excellent analytical skills and capability.

Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and strong ability to build relationships and credibility

quickly across functions and levels within the company.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must possess confidence and assertiveness.

Critical and strategic thinker who can manage the details.

Self-motivated ability to proactively drive business improvements. Chinese native, English fluent.

Strong PC abilities; expert Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of database and spreadsheet applications is required.
