In charge of whole process of recruiting including job posting, CV screening, interview, reference check and offer negotiation and establish candidate pool
Organize onboarding of new employees including orientation training etc.
Support HR manager to create yearly training plan and implement including selecting external training vendors, organize internal and external training course etc.
Involved in compensation and benefits program, i.e. compensation survey, benefits program renewal, salary increment etc.
Follow up yearly performance review process
Manage internal process of job transfer and promotion
Manage and maintain employee data management
Manage all HR related vendors, i.e. agreement renewal, vendor selection etc.
Organize company activities, i.e. annual party, team building etc.
Other tasks assigned by superior
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from university or similar work experience required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
Knowledge and experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training and performance management
Good understanding of China labor laws across various cities, especially in Shanghai and Shenzhen.
Experience in the administration Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes
Good English skill in both written and oral
Fast learner and self-driven
