What you will be doing
1. Implement purchasing for Engineering Projects
Rollout/Respect BU strategy and procedure for capex procurement;
New vendor sourcing with appropriate method
Daily implement Capex Engineering procurement work, incl, but not limited in. Vendor selection, Inquiry, Clarification, Commercial Evaluation, PO creation, SAP input, Contracting, Expediting and follow up, payment proceeding, etc.
Join the project weekly/monthly or other regular meeting
Work with external Project Management team
Involvement of Negotiation as need
Data related procurement collection and summarize
Prepare and organize procurement in cross functional teams
Support Project Procurement manager for any project related work
Drive optimisation of user compliance, supplier performance, contracts and customer satisfaction for the Industrial Projects related procurement
2. Assist to proceed Corporate Sustainable Procurement Policy
Execute the added value initiatives as originating from the category strategy
Ensure alignment with global business strategies, overall procurement strategy and the projected added value plan
Who we are looking for
Bachelor degree (business/engineering/electrical/instrument, …) or equivalent
Substantial professional experience in Capex projects procurement in WOFE/MNC (> 5 years)
Chemical or Industrial engineering project purchasing experience
Integrity
Detail-oriented
Deep understanding and knowledge of business needs
Good knowledge of English is an absolute necessity
