工作概述Position Summary:
Our growing company is searching for a competitive Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for order processing into Kingdee system and maintaining regular contact with dealers & customers, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the customer contact information as needed. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.

工作职责(包括但不限于)
Position responsibilities (include but not limited)
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales logistics service;
- Promote Heidolph and ascertain customers’ needs and wants via email or hotline;
- Follow all complains policies and procedures,responsible for quotation, processing order booking & shipping, invoice, regular payment chasing.
- Be involved in stock control and management.
- Answering queries via email or hotline from customers. Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers;
- Report on regular basis to supervisor, and communicate with any potential problems, maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary, perform other tasks assigned by manager;
- Sales related reports preparing;
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints and communicate with supervisor;
- Daily office administration;
- Help sales and customers in customs declaration and clearance of foreign trade contracts;
- Being responsible for payment collection;
- 确保良好的商务及物流服务,提升客户满意度;
- 通过电话及邮件,宣传Heidolph产品及服务,跟进客户需求;
- 按照公司政策及程序,跟进订单处理,包括订单报价,订单跟踪,订货/发货,发票处理及定期催款;
- 协助库存的管理及控制;
- 跟进客户的热线电话或邮件咨询;对用户或经销商选型进行建议;
- 定期向主管汇报,沟通相关潜在问题,保持准确的报告、记录和文件,完成领导分配的其他任务;
- 销售数据及相关文件资料的整理准备;
- 处理客户投诉及内部沟通反馈;
- 办公室日常行政管理;
- 协助销售及客户进行外贸合同的报关及清关事宜;
- 日常用户和经销商付款催款、对账;
职位要求
Position qualifications
- Bachelor’s or above degree, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Biology or Engineering education background is preferred;
- Proven working experience in sales assistant field 2+ years. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills ;
- Customer service focus;
- Basic administration skills;
- Skillful of Microsoft Office especially for Excel, Macro & VBA programming(MUST);
- Strong data analysis capability;
- 1+ year Kingdee ERP experience is preferred;
- Able to work as part of a sales team;
- Strong anti-pressure and self-motivation ability;
- 本科或以上学历,化学、制药等理工科或相关专业背景者优先;
- 具有2年以上销售助理工作经验,熟悉销售及客户服务相关流程;
- 熟练的英语表达能力;
- 较强的人际关系、口头及书面沟通和表达能力;
- 良好的客户服务理念;
- 具有基础行政管理经验;
- 熟练使用office 办公软件,尤其是Excel的使用;
- 思路清晰的数据分析能力;
- 具有一年以上金蝶系统使用经验者优先;
- 愿意协助部分销售工作;
- 具有较强的抗压能力及自我激励能力;
