MAIN PURPOSE To Support dealer operations and assist the sales team to complete the data analysis and Sales management KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales data analysis and maintenance (40%)

Collect weekly sales data

Complete data analysis reports

Monthly sales statistics and monthly sales report

Assist the sales team in dealer sell in / out data tracking

Complete the analysis report on monthly sales on product

Monthly POS Statistics

Sales assistance and support (20%)

Assist the agent to complete the declaration of marketing materials

Assist the distributors and sales manager team to arrange order delivery

Distributors contracts and relevant documents management

Coordinate the after-sales services

Follow up the daily work of the sales department

Distributor Order Management (20%)

Make orders for distributors and the sales team

Weekly inventory maintenance

Follow up the shortage of unsalable products / assist in reporting the shortage of unsalable products

Cooperate with Supply chain team to follow up the arrival / replenishment of products

Product list maintenance and product sales analysis (20%)

Maintain the product list and standard sales list in China according to the pricing specification of HQ

Track the turnover rate of best sellers monthly

Sales performance tracking of top products in all sales channels

Requirements:

· Strong multi-task skills, be able to manage work under stress

· Strong communication skills, verbal, written and presentation

· Be collaborative, strong team spirit, and interpersonal skills

· Logical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills

· Detail oriented with organizational skills to meet critical deadlines

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Must be fully Mandarin / English bilingual
