职位描述
ARENA Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is having the following open position and is looking for talent people to join its structure.
* Assist Category Manger for new project development and current on-going projects/orders follow up, and coordinate with Production Planning and QA team on the daily work.
* In charge of the quotations/price comparison/samples checking.
* Manage the projects follow up and ensure the shipment delivery, monitor whole shipment process from order placement to delivery completed, including pre-shipment samples reviews, order documents checking (including artwork checking), monitor production schedule and inspection status from vendors, input data in the system…etc.
* Need to have sense of urgency and call out for any potential shipment delay and do anything proactively to ensure the on-time shipment.
* Being able to communicate directly with buyers / coordinators from different European countries as well as collaboration with domestic factories & suppliers.
* Perform other duties assigned by Category Manager when needed.
* Assist the Category Manager on sourcing new products/developing new business opportunity.
Required skills:
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Photoshop).
-Holding University degree (at least CET-4 is a plus)
-Minimum of two years work experience in Buying/ Import & Export operations in foreign business
-Able to work independently, ready to work under pressure and overtime occasionally
-Self-motivated & organized, detail-oriented, efficient and team spirit, full of responsibility.

-拥有大学学历（至少CET-4）
-至少两年外企采购/进出口方面的工作经验
