主要职责：
Feasibility analysis of new production products, new projects, new process;secondary process parameters setup and verification; at the same time to do analysis or preventive actions in advance to avoid quality issue risk

Electrical, Mechanical and system Drawing reading / understanding (to provide support for related requirements)
通过读懂及理解电气图纸及机械图纸为相关需求提供支持
Initiate and develop Improvement projects and focus on following issues, but not limited to:
发起和发展改进项目，关注以下问题，但不限于：
o Quality problems in the production process, as well as any quality problems complained from internal or customer.
生产过程中的质量问题，以及内部或客户投诉的质量问题
o Create and follow-up 8D Reports for internal and customer complain. Verify all action plans

o Improve Waste cost in the production process

o Optimize production process. Coordinate internal secondary Processes.

o Equipment troubleshooting and improvement

o Create, modify, verify Work Instructions and training

o Self-directed monitoring of product quality in the Production process incl. Design verification of automatic detection equipment

o Work with internal Stueken Software to Improve the OEE in each production process

Improve production efficiency and quality through analysis from processes and systems.

Detect root-cause of production failure and apply possible improvement-methods on similar processes / Products
发现生产不良的根本原因，并对类似过程/产品采用可能的改进方法
Develop & Maintain different Sensors for Products failure detection (Camera Detection/Air-Pressure Sensors,…)
开发及维护不同的感应器来探测不良品（摄像机检测/气压传感器…）
Verify possibility of new (automatic) Machines ( Testing, Checking, Welding, Sorting, assembly, … )
验证新（自动）机器的可能性（测试、检查、焊接、分类、组装等）
Coordinate with Suppliers for different Machine Issues ,Machine troubleshooting
与供应商协调各类机器问题，机器故障排除
Sourcing of Production & Handling Equipment and Spare Parts

任职要求：
Basic knowledge about Stamping-Tooling (preferred)
冲压模具基础知识（优先）
Troubleshooting in a Production environment
有生产环境中的故障排除经验
Familiar with automation equipment such as welding, mechanical operations, Product testing, heat treatment, Plating etc., (preferred)
熟悉自动化设备，如焊接、机械操作、产品测试、热处理、电镀等（优先）
Experience in detecting weak points in process or methods
有在过程或方法中发现弱点的经验
MS-Office software knowledge
熟练操作Office办公软件
Familiar with IATF16949, Familiar with Quality tools (5 Why,poka-yoke, 6S,etc).
熟悉IATF16949，熟悉质量工具（5why，防呆工具，6S等）
