Job Responsibilities

- Closely monitor and report important market parameters (prices, competitive activities, regulatory, customers, raw materials, intermediates, capacity utilization etc.)
- Summarize and analyze existing business status and progress through SAP data, information collection from sales team etc.
- Communicate the business offers to sales team through on-line tool, email etc.
- Assist GC Product Manager to update sales forecast and volume allocation. Also communicate sales forecast to responsible person in related business team.
- Assist GC Product Manager to make business offers and pricing decision.
- Assist GC Product manager to prepare the business update report (market information, forecast, capacity utilization, product mix, order situation, cost, profitability etc.)
- Assist GC Product Manager to optimize the standard product business process
- Closely communicate with plant planner on raw materials supply, product mix, order confirmation, inventory level and forecast etc.
- Guide the sales team or the third party to fulfill the market research with appropriate tool to deliver the qualified output.
- Other additional tasks assigned by supervisor when necessary.

 

Qualifications Required

- University degree in Business or Science (Chemistry, Engineering...)
- Min. 4 years relevant work experience (sales/marketing, pricing, planning, controlling)
- Experience in Silane/Silicone chemistry & technology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytic thinking, data analysis
- Self-motivated
- Team spirit
- Good command of English in spoken and written.
- Good skills using MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
