Job Description Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, designing and executing demand generation programs that drive revenue through the development of marketing qualified leads for the sales funnel. We are looking for a high energy hands-on person that has proven track record driving superior B2B lead generation, with a CAN-DO attitude.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Participate in the development of, and then execute the field marketing plan in alignment with budget, focus sales plays and pipeline targets for key industries. Budget, forecast and define tactics by quarter, and implement a modern marketing tactical plan (including digital, social, email, webinars, events, BDR call-outs, account-based marketing to generate leads to meet business unit requirements)
? Enrich the addressable market database to ensure key accounts by industry are being targeted. Build Pardot Smart lists by industry and persona and target with Integrated Campaigns and relevant localized messaging through the buyer journey lead acquisition and lead nurturing steps
? Report on and analyze leads in Pardot. Implement multi-touch nurture campaigns to high-score the intent contact to MQL and route to the BDRs for qualification
? Track and monitor the demand waterfall. Report demand generation results by program and tactic to marketing management and sales; measure the ROI of MQLs by tactic and type and pipeline value
? Work with the wider marketing function such as BDRs, global creative, digital, operations and website teams. Gain a deep hands-on understanding of the Infor global mar-tech stack and processes through MRM, Pardot and Salesforce, etc.
? Identify and coordinate the creation of assets including customer stories, local relevant research papers, videos, thought leadership content. Ensure that the local website is regularly updated with localized and new content aligned to the focus industries
? Work with 3rd party vendors, from the brief, design, service level agreement through to delivery and measurement of marketing campaigns
? Ensure that all data collection, use and processing practices that are part of the marketing function comply with local and corporate personal data protection requirements
EDUCATION & REQUIRED SKILLS:
? Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or MBA or equivalent
? Marketing Campaign Program Management experience in the B2B IT industry with software a plus
? 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and field marketing with knowledge and competency in modern marketing practices
? 5+ years of competency and advanced hands on experience using marketing automation (Pardot), Salesforce systems
? Relevant experience designing nurture tracks, top of funnel re-targeting campaigns to high score inquiries and leads from webinars, website form fills, and other campaigns
? A track record in running digital campaigns such as content syndication, PPL, retargeting, always-on campaigns to top of funnel and social media
? Excellent written/verbal English
? Experience in automotive, distribution & logistics will be a plus
? Experience in Account Based Marketing will be a plus
? Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
? Excellent project and vendor management abilities
? Ability to respond quickly to changing demands and market conditions
? Commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a fast paced, growth environment
? Previous success in marketing role for an enterprise technology company
? Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint experience mandatory
