Position Overview

※ Safety Management安全管理

  • Compliance with BlueScope Steel Environmental Standards. Conduct regular safety audit. 100% compliance with safety audit schedule.
    遵守公司环保标准。进行定期的安全行为观察和各种检查。
  • Encourage employees to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
    鼓励员工汇报事故、事件和险兆事件。

※ People and Leadership人员和领导力

  • Provide effective on-job training to coach team members in daily work.
    管理团队成员的日常工作并提供有效工作培训和辅导。
  • Improve team member’s multi-skills on HR function and make effort to improve on team member’s work efficiency.

※ Remuneration Management薪资管理

  • Manage remuneration including salary, benefits and incentive plan comply to company C& B policy.
    根据公司薪酬福利政策,实施薪酬福利的管理,包括工资,各项福利以及奖励计划。
  • Cooperate with internal and external audit, make C&B procedure comply with state and company requirement.
    完成相应的内外部审核并符合国家和公司的薪资支付政策。
※ Recruitment Management招聘管理

  • Regularly review and update job descriptions with department managers to achieve an optimized organization.
    定期与部门经理回顾和更新岗位描述以达到组织优化。
  • Develop, execute, monitor and modify sourcing channel effectiveness ensuring an adequate supply of competent and “interested” candidates.
    开发招聘渠道,监管、改善招聘效率,确保有效提供有能力有吸引力的候选人。
  • Define with line managers the recruitment plan, identifying the interview participants and interview strategy. Coach and train line managers on interviewing and selection “best practices”.
    和部门经理讨论招聘计划,确定参加面试人员和面试策略;指导部门经理进行基于行为的面试提问,提高面试有效性。
  • Support the delivery of an excellent recruitment service according to company policies and legal requirement with cost efficiency.
    根据公司政策确保招聘的合法性和优化招聘成本,提供专业招聘服务。
  • Follow the on-board training & probation performance review to reduce the turnover rate. Keep communication with new employees to improve employee’s engagement to the organization.
    跟进新员工入职培训以及试用期内绩效考评,减少流失率。与新员工保持沟通,提升员工对组织的归属感。
※ Learning & Development学习和发展

  • Initiate, develop, implement and monitor all specific processes that are linked with development and performance management to drive personal ownership and commitment of own and/or subordinates' career and development management.
    参与开发、发展、执行、监管所有与员工发展和绩效管理相关的流程,推动员工主人翁精神和职业发展的管理技能。
  • Provide advice and support to line managers to develop appropriate and realistic career / development plans which should reflect well balance between the personal aspirations and company needs.
    配合部门经理制定行之有效的职业发展计划,以达到组织目标和个人追求双赢。
  • Plan, coordinate and prioritize the implementation of the approved training plans of all employees based on the available resources.
    根据有效资源适时协调和调整年度培训计划的执行情况和进度。
  • Work out training budget base on fully communication with functional leaders and make sure to control training cost. 与各职能领导充分沟通做好年度培训预算,并确保控制培训成本。

  • Drive ER projects through active participation and contribution to enhance the HR impact to improve the organization effectiveness and business performance.

  • Inspire team cooperation and motivate them in proper way.

  • Conduct two-way regular frequently employee communication, and review and improve it accordingly.

※ Performance Management 绩效管理

  • Support line managers to do WPS/PBP/OBP/SIP Target setting using SMART principle to achieve business target.
    支持各部门经理用SMART方法做,WPS/PBP/OBP/SIP目标设置,来实施业务发展目标。
  • Implement WPS/PBP/OBP/SIP process audit, including standard and score consultation to managers and supervisors.
    实施WPS/PBP/OBP/SIP过程检查,并提供专业建议给各部门经理和主管。
  • Support line managers to do PIP for low performer by providing proper training, process control, in process audit, etc.
    帮助部门经理完成对绩效不好的员工的PIP,包括提供必要的培训,过程控制和审核。
※ Administration Management行政管理

  • Manage administrative support and service to Lysaght.
    行政管理和监督。

Qualifications and Experience required

? Bachelor’s Degree or above in HR or Admin Management.

? Above 8 years work experience in HR field. Inclusive of managerial experience of at least 5 years.

? Fluent English in written and oral.

? Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

? Knowledge of remuneration, recruitment, training & development, employee relationship

? Experience in multi-national corporations or where parent company resides in another country.
