To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Development Manager working base in Baoding city.
What a typical day looks like:
Investigate and cultivate the vehicle electrification products business opportunities in AP region.
Define and business development strategy and carry out effective sales activities to penetrate targeted customers/projects for business acquisition.
Facilitate and enhance cross-functional communication and relationship to maximize customer satisfaction criteria and operational performance.
Align with our company culture and global product strategy to detail tactics for business intelligence.
Integrate internal resource and external resource for new business acquisition, streamline BD tactics/activities casting.
Be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to create and sustain business demand.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
3 years’ business development experience and own relevant skills.
Rich client resource especially in top 5 OEM is a plus.
Good communication skills.
Skilled in oral and written English.
Integrity, good sense of self-driven.
Experience in multinational company is a plus.
Experience in vehicle electrification product is a plus.
