1 Support Manager in the entire IT process including managing Cisco switch and router, Cisco phones, Riverbed, Fortinet.

2 Provide IT supports to users, like account handling, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting etc.

3 Responsible for the PC asset and other IT asset management.

4 Responsible for the software and license asset management.

5 Responsible for the IT training and orientation to the new users.

6 Support company internal and external IT related audits.

7 Communications between the users and provide professional IT consultations and supports for business.

8 Manage complain cases.

9 Complete monthly reports on time and accuracy.

10 Other tasks assigned by the IT Manager.

 

Job requirements:

1 College degree or above, major in Computer Science is preferred.

2 More than 2 years IT working experience in manufacturing industry.

3 Skillful in using Windows7 and 10 and Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software.

4 Familiar with Cisco switching and routing; ITIL/ITSM.

5 Good interpersonal and communication skills.

6 Fluent in both written and spoken English.

7 Strong sense of confidentiality and service, quick response and efficient working.
