工作职责
? 与供应商联系以跟进订单（代表我方函催、检查订单状态）
? 协商服务的价格和交付条件（延迟准备的订单和/或提供的货物不符合公司规定 ）。
? 评估商业计划书（运费和运输成本）。
? 展望国际市场，寻找可能由我方或者非服务提供商或分包商分销的同等备用配件。
? 审查法国市场的产品适应性（CE）。
? 检查证书和报告。
? 调查售后问题。
? 现场工厂评估（偶尔）。
技能需求
? 欧洲汽车质量法规知识 。
? 能够阅读和理解说明书和技术信息。
? 良好的购买技巧。
? 良好的沟通。
? 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，尤其是Excel。
任职要求（如：教育背景、工作经验、行业知识与相关业务知识等） )
？ 大学专业为机械/电气工程或工业工程。
？ 具备在零售代工厂作为质量工程师的相关工作经验。
？ 良好的英语阅读与写作能力。
？ 会法语者优先。

Profile we are looking for: Buyer Auto parts
YOUR JOB
-Be in contact with suppliers for order follow-up (B/O reminders, order status)
-Negotiate the prices and the conditions of delivery of the service (delays of preparation of order and/or provision of the goods not respected according to the corporate contract)
-Evaluate commercial proposals (cost of freight and transport)
-Prospect the national market to find the equivalences of spare parts that would be in B/O or not distributed by service providers or subcontractors
-Review products conformity for French market (CE)
-Check certificates and reports.
-Investigate aftersales issues.
-On site factories assessments (occasionally)
YOUR SKILLS
-Knowledges on European Auto Quality regulations
-Ability to read and comprehend instructions and technical information.
-Good buying skills
-Good communication
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office application – especially Excel.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, Etc. )
？ University education majored in Business
？ relevant working experience as a Buyer auto parts
？ English skills in reading and writing.
？ French skills is a big plus.
