Principal Accountabilities:

1. Build up Sales training system and continuously optimize it;
2. Identify critical sales capabilities,develop and lead the training initiatives based on the company development strategy;
3. Identify critical capabilities needs for all promotors & promotor supervisors,design and develop the training programs;
4. Design and deliver new product training;
5. Enhance Delta brand through training.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Management or related discipline;
2. At least 7 years in sales, minimum of 3 years at supervisory/ management level;
3. Experience in sales and sales training system building ;
4. Excellent training skill & presentation skill;
5. Good in English writing and reading
6. Able to travel frequently
