• Select target account with sales team based on pre-defined criteria or industry

• Create account strategy document with planned solution offering (based on customer demand / competitor)

• Visit or joint call with sales team to the targeted accounts to pitch and create prospect

• Understand and analyze customer business challenges and demands (problem, process, impact)

• Propose appropriate solutions to differentiate FB from competitors

• Close the deal to achieve sales target (revenue / profit)

• Work with solution marketing to identify possible solution business opportunities in target domain

• Execute requested sales strategy and report the progress and results

• Manage overall customer satisfaction Demo the sales model for new solutions

• Conduct sales training for sales team

• Work with partner to plan, execute and support project implementation

• Ensure UAT and manage change request from customer

必备条件:

• Set out the qualifications, academic & professionalism, experience and skills that are essential for the position
• College above
• 3 years sales or presales experience in OA or IT related industry
• Experience in system integration or software development is plus
• Good OA and IT knowledge, with related certification preferred
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Master Microsoft Set (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English is preferred (both written and reading)
