JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
1. Act as Finance Key User in BPCS implementation
在实施BPCS过程中作为财务关键用户
2. Draft standard cost calculation procedure according to Medtronic group guidelines
根据集团标准编制标准成本计算程序
3. Calculate product standard cost according to defined procedure
根据制订的程序计算产品标准成本
4. Define product selling price according to Medtronic Transfer Price policies
根据集团转移价格政策制订产品销售价格
5. Track manufacturing variances with under / over absorption in details
根据详细超出/不足吸收追踪制造差异
6. Analyze on variances on a timely basis, and suggest actions
定期分析差异并建议行动计划
7. Prepare monthly group reporting
编制每月集团报表
8. Assist in preparing internal control procedures
协助编制内部控制程序
9. Draft SMF Finance Manual, costing part
编写财务手册（成本部分）
10. Complete any ad-hoc tasks as requested by management
完成其他管理层要求的任务

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
岗位资质
1. Knowledge / Education 教育背景
University, major in Accounting/Economics
本科以上学历，会计或经济类专业
2. Job Experience 工作经验
At least 5 year’s related experience in MNC, particular in costing
至少5年相关工作经验（成本）
3. Credential 证书
CPA, ACCA, intermediate accounting certificate preferred
CAP, ACCA, 中级会计优先
4. Language / Computer 语言/ 计算机能力
Excellent in reading English / Excellent ERP understanding
熟练阅读英语/精通ERP
