主要职责:
跟进各提单在中国的业务发展功能。基于BD交易建立新的计划/业务场景，并向业务总监报告开业事宜
了解公司的现金管理策略和政策，并执行相应的现金操作
管理现金池结构和日常运营
监督和控制所有法人的现金流入和流出
准备日常资金并确保付款的良好执行
准备每日/每月/每年的现金流滚动预测
在尊重公司政策和保证流动性的前提下，实现财务收入***化
与银行沟通和协商有关设施和其他服务/产品
供应商融资方案的推广


岗位需求
大学本科以上学历，会计、审计等相关专业;
熟悉中国会计准则、国际财务报告准则和美国公认会计准则、中国税法和经济法规;
良好的团队合作精神
良好的英语听说读写能力;
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up business development function of each BL in China. Build up new initiative/ business scenario based on the BD transaction and report to Business Controller for the opening issues
Understand the company’s cash management strategy & policy and execute the cash operation accordingly
Manage the cash pool structure and daily operation
Monitor and control the inflow and outflow of cash of all legal entities
Prepare the daily funding & ensure the good execution of payment
Prepare the daily / month / yearly rolling cash flow forecast
Maximize the financial income under the condition of respecting the company’s policy & ensuring the liquidity
Communication & negotiation with banks for the facilities and other services/products concerned
Promotion of supplier financing program


REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): University degree or similar
LANGUAGES: English fluent, additional language is preferred
EXPERIENCES:
University degree or above major in Accounting or Auditing; MBA is plus.
Understand well PRC Accounting and IFRS & US GAAP, PRC tax laws and Economic regulations;
Good team player
Good command of English both in spoken and written;
Auditor background over 5 years in an international auditor firm is must
