Your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

·         Design Engineer for Propeller installations and Nozzle design.

·         Detail design and calculation for propeller installations and Nozzle, including responsibilities of bill of materials in TeamCenter, communication with classification societies and manufacturing, installation and planning instructions of complex customer orders.

·         Coaching to other team numbers. 

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

·         Minimum 5 years' mechanical design experience or master’s degree in mechanical engineering

·         Familiar with common engineering materials and corresponding manufacturing technology (e.g. casting, plastic, machining, sheet metal parts) - With strong innovation skills and problem solving skill

·         Good Geometric dimensioning and tolerance knowledge and design for manufacturing, design for assembly knowledge - Be familiar with NX Unigraphics and AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drawings

·         Good oral and written English communication skill

·         B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering Experience: Experience within Marine business is an advantage.
