Support Contract Manager in the below works:

Sourcing, bidding to award activities

Changes and Claim works between Contractor and Owner

Coordinate the post-award and prior-award activities with project team and contractors

Prepare the procurement documents according to Contract Manager’s requirement

Capture, preparation and distribution of minutes

Others assigned by contract manager for site logistic cluster

Other daily activities of contract management, such as:

General administration including maintaining confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence, statistics and etc.

Collect, expedite the related interfaces peoples (external and internal) to complete the task assigned by contract manager

Scanning and filing and maintaining procurement document into project SharePoint

Responsible for using of Procurement Systems (SAP, Ariba SPS, PRIS, SharePoint, Contract Management Tools etc.) for contract activities required

Coordination for the company chop, obtaining signatures, distribution, and filing of hardcopy.

Requirement:

Fluent in Chinese & English in reading, speaking and writing

5~10’s years’ experience in Contract Administrator of CAPEX projects, major for EPC, and/or construction contractsMin. 5 years’ experience at construction jobsite, to support Contract Manager for Changes and Claim management

Experience of working in a foreign Chemical and associated company

Bachelor’s degree or above in a related Engineering discipline

Good communication and influencing skills

Be capable working on construction site.

Practical and hands-on with a high personal quality and safety standards

Familiar with Helios or SAP key-in would be in advantage.
