Position Description Summary：
Lab Technician is to carry out relative lab work under the supervision of AD team for projects and activities initiated within the APAC region for achieving profitable business growth.

Lab Technician is to carry out relative lab work under the supervision of AD team for projects and activities initiated within the APAC region for achieving profitable business growth. meantime, caretaking the safety, housekeeping, compliance & facility maintenance under corporate directives.
1. Maintain high awareness of safety, compliance, quality system (ISO and IMS system) for self and working environment. Be responsible for lab equipment maintenance and calibration, take care of chemical inventory maintenance
2. Carry out technical works with high quality, including make formulation, substrate treatment test application performance etc. under the guidance of AD lab team. Provide reliable results and records according to company rule.
3. Support customer events together with AD lab team, eg. training to internal & external customers, seminar, exhibition etc.
4. Support in building up know-how or knowledge exchange among regions and teams. Share results in the team to avoid duplications.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or similar.
2. Fresh graduate or 1-2 years‘ experience in the coatings or adhesives industry / raw materials suppliers.
3. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills as working in a team
4. Basic English in written and speaking
