职位描述
Main responsibility:
ü Achieving the annual order and sales budget for the territory and Developing the existing and potential customer base to maximize order intake and sales for products in the assigned territory;
ü Providing a regular flow of information to the company to aid product and market development;
ü Providing technical/engineering advice on products to design institutes and end-users so that our products are specified on customers' preferred vendor list;
ü Engaging, identifying, motivating and managing a well selected network of distributors to meet sales objectives;
ü Assisting with trade shows, exhibitions and seminars where the company or product is presented and provide professional presentation or product demonstrations to customers;
ü Assisting with regular business forecasting and annual budgeting;
ü Formulating strategies and recommendations for the development of OEM customers and markets;
ü Submitting regular sales reports on market trends and demands, Competition, new product applications, new business opportunities, etc
ü Act in a manner consistent with the scope and principles of all company policies, codes of conduct and core values
Requirements:
ü Bachelor degree or above in Chemical engineering or Process Control / Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
ü At least 6 years of sales experience in selling process solenoid / pneumatic valves or pumps or other flow control equipments in the field of oil/gas, petrochemical, chemical or other process industries. A minimum of 3 years experience in an International company.
ü Candidates with experience in selling process control valves, or flow control equipments or instrumentation products are also encouraged to apply.
ü Good contact with major valve plant and end-users in North is a must.
ü Proven track record in key account and project management;
ü Has good business acumen and commercial skills. Strong ability in Administration, coordination, problem analysis and solving as well as high working efficiency.
ü Good occupational morality and devotion to job;
ü Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required;
ü Good command of English, both oral and writing;
ü Be willing to travel around frequently.
