  KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be responsible for engineering, installation, qualification, start-up the automated high bay warehouse (HBW) during project execution phase.
• Maintaining, and troubleshooting the warehouse during operation. 
• Responsible for reviewing functional specifications for both hardware and software. 
• Generate user requirement specifications for warehouse control system (WCS) and warehouse management system (WMS).
• Cooperate and supervise the HBW vendor for engineering design and installation all of the related hardware and software of this HBW.
• Provide support and coordination for engineering design of automated HBW with other discipline or design institute.
• Prepare risk assessments for the automated warehouse
• Review qualification protocols of automated warehouse
• Prepare Change Controls during execution.
• Lead/Support the execution of the qualification and validation for this HBW

•  Qualifications (Knowledge, experience, abilities & skills)    
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic Engineering or management or related discipline, with a minimum of 5-7 years of engineering and/or operation experience performing logistic / warehouse or supply chain management activities within a pharmaceutical environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep Understanding of modern logistic technologies development
• Understanding of interfaces and Input / Output between WMS, ERP and other systems.
• Basic understanding of sequel servers and databases as well as networking is preferred.
• Familiarity with current industry practices and guidelines including those required / outlined by the NMPA, EMEA, FDA, ISO and ICH etc.
• Proven team work spirit and active contribution to the team’s performance
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong communication capability
