岗位描述：
1. Be responsible for engineering, installation, qualification, start-up the automation systems for automated utility (SCADA, BMS, EMS), process equipment during project execution phase. System will be PLC, SCADA, and PC based.
2. maintaining, and troubleshooting the automation systems for automated utility (SCADA, BMS, EMS), process equipment during operation. 
3. Perform system administration (access control, software revision control, back-up and recovery), and troubleshooting for malfunctioning systems.
4. Responsible for reviewing functional specifications for both hardware and software for new automated utility, process equipment. 
5. Should be capable of preparing a preferred vendors list for control system hardware. 
6. Generate user requirement specifications for control systems.
7. Provide support for engineering and design of automated systems
8. Prepare risk assessments for automated systems
9. Review qualification protocols of automated systems.
10. Prepare Change Controls associated with changes to control systems
11. Support the execution of the qualification of automated control systems.
12. Understand PLC based controllers and functionality
13. Troubleshoot on low voltage control wiring
14. Responsible for specifying and troubleshooting instrumentation. 
职位要求：
 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline, with a minimum of 5-7 years of engineering and/or operation experience performing automation and controls activities within a pharmaceutical environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Understanding of infrastructure of control system
3. Understanding and feedback of Input / Output control sequence. Understanding of PLC logic, control loops and sequencing.
4. Basic understanding of sequel servers and databases as well as networking is preferred.
5. Confident in configuring Excel spreadsheet, spreadsheet functions and automated calculations.
6. Familiarity with current industry practices and guidelines including those required / outlined by the NMPA, EMEA, FDA, ISO and ICH etc.
7. Proven team work spirit and active contribution to the team’s performance
8. Ability to work independently with limited supervision
9. Strong communication capability
