Responsibilities:

l  To provide monthly business analysis report for Business Line, so that the overall business health can be managed and maintained. This involves analysis of the sales and margin gaps and derive a set of action plans to fix the problems.

l  To compile the yearly budget deck so that it reflects the implementation of business strategy and the measurement of business yardstick.

l  Be part of the integrated business planning process, such that sales demand forecast is being compiled and constrained to within the supply capability limit, to be able to provide financial forecast based in supply constraints,

l  To provide business case financial projection for project evaluation and justification.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

l  Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management

l  Have a good understanding “Integrated Business Planning” Concept

l  Strong user of Excel, Power BI and other business system tools such as SAP

l  Excellent communication skills & ability to work in a collaborative matrix environment.

l  Fast learner, self-motivated, agile, open minded, detail oriented, and down-to-earth.
