1. 熟悉验货标准及验货流程
2. 熟悉电子产品 / 塑胶, 金属等杂货, 塑胶,毛绒玩具类的验货标准以及各种可靠性与安全性之测试,并能操作各种测试仪器
Reporting to QC Team Leader.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Secondary Education.
- 3 years inspection and production experience.
SKILLS
- Inspection skill.
- Quality control procedure.
- Production knowledge.
- Report Writing in English.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct onsite product evaluations during production pilots runs and work with factories in resolving non-conformance.
- Analyze the inspection result, corrective action implementations follow-up with factories.
- Conduct on-line inspection and conduct capability studies and final random inspection according to approval sample, purchasing order and Quality Assurance Protocol.
- Seal and forward defects sample/shipment samples to HK office for review, if necessary.
- Report at sight to QC Manager from factory premises about any deviation or unusual matter found from the physical visit. Some preliminary reports shall be made by phone upon arrival on factory premises in order to allow further action to be assigned when applicable.
- Report to QC Manager.
- Assisting and contributing in the company environmental activities.
- For FSC order, inspect the final product, which include verify the supplier cerificate, quantity and trade mark.
