1、业务发展：根据安排将成为潜在工业用户的主要联络人，包括：Business development: be the key contact of the potential industrial users according to the assignment, including:

a) 参与潜在用户的业务发展策略的制定；To participate in the business development strategy formulation of the potential users;

b) 负责实施用户业务发展计划，积极拓展业务范围；Be responsible for implementing the business development plans of the users and for the expanding of the business scope;

c) 负责对部门指定的潜在用户的全面跟进和进度汇报；Fully following up the assigned potential users and reporting the progress;

d) 提交给潜在用户的报价和协议的编制和更新；To prepare and update the quotations and the agreements to be provided for the potential users;

e) 全面协调和参与与用户的谈判。To fully coordinate and participate the negotiation with the users

2. 用户管理：负责联络和管理用户。主要任务包括：Account management: Be responsible for communicating and managing the users

a) 确保与用户签订的协议被准确和严格的履行，并应以协议要求为依据和基本要求，全面协调公司内部各部门与用户之间的工作界面；To ensure the signed agreements being performed accurately and strictly. To fully coordinate the interface between internal departments of the JV and the users according to the requirements of the agreements.

b) 除了规定的定期访问用户之外，应通过紧密和多层次的与用户接触，确保及时准确的将用户的需求反馈给公司，以便公司满足用户的需求，为其提供满意的服务；Regularly visit the users, contact with the users closely and by multi-level. Then ensure the timely and accurate feedback from the user to the JV to fulfil the needs and to provide the satisfied service.

c) 负责全面跟进和协调用户的查询和投诉处置，确保提供及时和令用户满意的处置结果；Be responsible for comprehensively following up and coordinating the users’ queries and complains. To guarantee the timely and satisfied results.

d) 应对用户的信息和内部变更有极高的敏感性，并及时向公司反映所有与业务正常进行、潜在发展、潜在风险等有关的用户信息；Be highly sensitive to users’ information and internal change. Timely reflect all user’s information related with normal business processing, the potential development and the potential risks to the JV.

e) 全面负责将公司的有关要求和信息转达给用户，包括全面协调公司其他部门与用户之间的技术交流等；Be responsible for transferring the JV’s requirements and information to the users, including coordinating the technical communication between other departments insider the JV and the users;

f) 根据公司的管理要求负责对用户信息进行收集、整理和及时更新，负责对用户有关的各类数据进行整理和分析；Be responsible for collecting, collating and updating the users’ information; be responsible for collating and analyzing all kind of user’ data.

g) 参与各项与用户有关的公司工作，提供需要的信息和协助。To participate all user related JV’s work and to provide the needed information and assistance.



3. 开票和应收帐款管理：根据公司的管理程序，负责费用月报表的制作审核，准时向财务部提供报表，负责将报表和发票及时地送给用户，负责跟进应收帐款支付情况和及时的催款，负责协调和跟进有关用户争议款项的处理，负责及时向公司汇报有关应收帐款的任何风险和迟付原因，并提供参考对策。Billing and account receivable management: Be responsible for making and auditing monthly statements, for providing the statements to Finance Department timely, for delivering the statements and the invoices to the users, for following up the payment of account receivable and collection, for coordinating and following up the processing of disputed payment with the relevant users, for reporting the risks and delay reasons of the account receivables and offer the referential countermeasures.



4. 参与部门预算的编写和制定，为部门预算的编制提供需要的信息等；To participate in the writing and formulating of the department’s budget and provide the needed information.



任职要求 Requirements：

1、本科及以上学历，环境、化工相关专业；bachelor or above degree with major in environment Engineering or related；

2、良好的沟通能力及表达能力；Good communication and presentation skills；

3、熟练使用excel、word、PPT等办公软件；Familiar with office software such as excel, word, PPT, etc.；

4、优秀的英语听说读写能力Good English Skill；

5、成熟稳重、热情开朗、有亲和力、细致认真、有一定的开拓进取精神 Mature, warm and cheerful,

friendly, careful and certain entrepreneurial spirit
