Supervisory responsibilities 管理职责

• Management of Customers includes refinery, petrochemical, biochemical, fine chemical and EPC companies located in Beijing、Tianjin & Hebei province.
• Following companies DARWIN strategy expand market share.
• Collect market information and propose positive maintain and development strategy in Beijing 、Tianjin & Hebei province Market.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Sell MTT products, meet clients' requirement; collect maintenance information of clients; build up and develop customer relationship, enhance market share.  
• Advise clients to work out strategic hardware stores before shut-down through study and analyze the current drawing  
• In shut-down stage, inspect for column internals and offer a complete solution for routine column repairs and maintenance or replacement
• Co-ordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Workshop etc departments for products delivery
• Supply site issues management and excellent supervision services during the replacement of column internals   

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求

Related work experience相关工作经验

-        6 years' experiences as sales engineer in refinery, chemical or petrochemical market including operating field practices.

-        5 year' and above Sales experiences in relevant industrial product

-        Site service or design experience is preferred.

Formal education or equivalent教育背景

-       Graduated in Chemical or Fine Chemical, Food processing, Petrochemical, Refinery or related engineering degree. -        Bachelor degree is preferred.

Skills技能

-        Strong written and oral communication skills;

-        Fluent in both oral & written English and Chinese

Other其他

-       Team-work oriented, flexible and strongly committed to achieve results.

-       Available for frequent traveling.

-       Conscious to work in an international environment

Work location : could by base in Beijing/Tianjin/Hebei or employee home .
