Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to GENERAL MANAGER where needed.
- Maintain GENERAL MANAGER's daily schedule, make appointments as requested
- Coordinate travel arrangements for GENERAL MANAGER
- Prepare GENERAL MANAGER's T&E and travel records
- Provide phone coverage, process mails, maintain proper records
- Attend to GENERAL MANAGER's personal matters as requested
2. Acting as a coordinator to assist with company's daily operation with GENERAL MANAGER overseas.
- Schedule monthly meetings, including Lead Team Meeting, F2F, ECM, inter-department meetings & 1-1 Reviews , coordinate/ arrange conference calls where needed.
- Prepare monthly report package for GENERAL MANAGER's review-including collection of scorecards and department updates
- Consolidate and edit reports from Lead Team for General Manager's review
- Preview and assistant with obtaining General Manager's approval on contracts, payments, PO/PRs, project summaries, T&E's, annual leaves, etc.
- Bring to GENERAL MANAGER matters which require special attention
3. Provide support to Lead Team members and various departments as needed
- Coordinate local travel arrangements for oversea visitors and for oversea trips
- Edit / fine-tuning presentations & reports prepared by Lead Team
- Prepare / review Lead Team Meeting minutes to ensure all points discussed have been covered and PIC identified.
4. Work on special projects as assigned by GENERAL MANAGER

Requirements:
? University degree
? 5 years above working experiences in multi-national companies
? Good communication skills, excellent in English is mandatory
? Good at Excel / PowerPoint / Word and computer based systems in general
? High sense of responsibility, team work spirit
? Proactive, able to manage activities, organized and detail-oriented
