工作内容：

1. 对SAP、云基础设施服务、数据库服务、应用程序和其他平台执行一级管理和支持;

2. 支持票务系统中的事件/服务请求票证，以便根据SLA进行进一步处理； 

3. 监控客户请求/事件的处理状态；

4. 将客户的请求转发/升级至责任团队；

5. 定期向客户提供定期状态更新； 

6. 执行客户的系统维护/活动；

7. 协助队列经理和关键事件经理管理票据队列和关键P1事件上报管理流程；

8. 协助根本原因分析报告；

9. 参与变更和问题管理流程。

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术、工程（计算机/电信）等相关专业。

2. 具有至少4年SAP BASIS环境工作经验；

3. 具备良好的英文沟通技巧（书面和口头）；

4. 能够在全球环境中适应以流程为导向的思维方式；

5. 根据组织的扩张计划，愿意学习并积极应对新挑战；

6. 性格外向者优先（社交型、外向等）。
