采购询单员（紧固件\冲压\焊接\锻铸等五金产品方向）


岗位职责:
遵守采购行为准则。根据公司总部的采购需求，完成各项零部件在国内供应商处的询价工作，采购产品以小件产品为主；
具备丰富的谈判经验以及不断为公司降低和控制采购成本的能力。协助亚洲经理对供应商进行开发/评估，随时提供技术支持；
根据相关零部件图纸进行成本分析，保证采购的***性价比；相关文件的准备/相关结果的汇报以及与合同签订；
定时对采购数据作比较分析，不断开发能节省成本的新供应商和开展相关工作并最终实现成本降低目标；积极主动对供应商风险管理，避免业务中断；
配合质量、物流、财务等公司各部门处理跟供应商的各种纠纷问题；
完成亚洲经理指定的其它所有相关工作.


任职要求:
大专或以上学历，工程、机械或其他相关专业。3-5年采购经验，有贸易类外资企业经验为佳。
品行端正，行为职业化，有良好的沟通和协调技巧。具备解决各类问题和纠纷的能力，抗压能力强。
有紧固件、冲压件、焊接件、锻铸件等相关零部件采购经验，熟知相关供应商评估标准；
普通话标准，具备良好的英语能力，英文听说读写良好，必须具备口语交流能力。


Job Description
Comply with purchasing rules of conduct. Complete the inquiry of various parts at domestic suppliers according the company headquarters’ purchasing plan and requirement, most parts are small products.
Rich negotiation experience with suppliers and the ability to continuously reduce and control purchasing cost for the company. Asist Asia manager make purchasing strategy and provide technical support at any time. Give assistance to Asia manager to develop and evaluate suppliers.
Make cost analysis according the relevant parts drawings to ensure the best cost performance. Prepare the documents/report of relevant results and sign the contract.
Analyze the purchase data timely, keep searching the suppliers that can save cost. Proactively manage the supplier risk to avoid business interruption
Support colleagues’ work in other departments and assist to solve the problems in procurement process..
Other works
Requirements:
College degree of engineering, mechanical or other related; 3-5 years working experience with sourcing function in foreign trading company is preferred..
Good character, professional behavior, good communication and coordination skills.
Purchasing experience of metal parts(fasteners, stamping, welding, forging ,casting etc) Familiar with relevant supplier evaluation standards，
Standard mandarin, Good English both in written and spoken.
