Responsibilities:
? Manage and implement the company's marketing plan to build Tectura brand and support business growth in China
? Work closely with Managing Director and sales to define and develop objectives and go to market strategies and execute in order to realize the goals of the marketing programs and sales revenue
? Drive sales pipeline via lead generation, lead nurturing and demand generation programs
? Research, select and manage events relevant for Tectura
? Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision makers, press, industry relation analysts and the partner ecosystem
? Continue to grow user community online and support local events
? Build customer reference marketing assets in local markets
Qualifications:
? Minimum five years of relevant experience in marketing operation
? Sound experience in running programs and lead conversations, number driven
? Good understanding of social media, B2C marketing techniques
? Experience in content and web publication would be a plus
? A team player who collaborates well with others
? Strong interpersonal communications skills, maturity and judgement
? Excellent Chinese and English writing skill
