1 支持销售和了解客户应用程序和要求。实施适用的产品测试计划以确保产品符合功能、 质量、 可靠性和机构的要求。 Support Sales/Marketing and understand customer application and requirements. Implement applicable product test plan to ensure product conformance to functional, quality, reliability and agency requirements. 

 2 初始设计失效模式分析预验证和初始图纸绘制 (Make DFMEA/e-Validation/ preliminary drawing) 

 3 培训工程师相关的产品知识，工程程序和技术技能。  Train engineers on related product knowledge, engineering procedures and technical skill. 

 4 使用适当的分析工具来分析和解释数据，并得出相关结论。审查并验证任何测试结果、 数据分析和结论为特定项目充分和准确。 Use appropriate analytical tools to analyze and interpret data, and reach relevant conclusions. Review and verify that any test results, data analysis and conclusions for a specific project are adequate and accurate. 

 5 发行二维和三维图纸,制作手工样品 Release 2d/3d approved /Make prototype when needed 

 6 与设计中心及兄弟工厂沟通协调，共同完成设计方案 Communicate with global design center and sister company design center to develop the design solution 

 7 处理公司内部或客户邮件 dispose Mail which come from inside company or customers 

 8 跟踪新开发产品试制过程 Tracking the trial production process of newly developed products 

 9 上级领导交付的其他任务 Other tasks assigned by manager
