在店铺作为公司品牌形象大使，保证实现Moncler对客户的承诺。店铺经理力争完成出色的零售业绩并达到各项关键的定性目标。能不断超出预期，激励，管理和指导团队。

岗位职责：

• 业务：销售，客户关系，售后

• 店铺形象：橱窗和陈设，视觉合理性，产品知识

• 运营：系统和流程，库存，行政

• 团队管理：组织，互动，发展

背景要求：

1. 在同一家时尚奢侈品/零售公司担任管理岗位3-5年（***是跨国公司）;
2. 拥有零售/酒店餐饮管理方面学位的人员优先；
3. 经过在奢侈品领域的学习，拥有高品位审美水准；
4. 愿意在公司中成长、接受调动安排者优先；
5. 在员工招聘和员工培养方面有成熟的经验；
6. 优秀的客户服务技能；
7. 能熟练运用当地语言，英语流利，同时能另外掌握一门语言者优先；
8. 对新技术抱有好奇心。熟练掌握 MS Office，在客户关系，付款，仓储管理系统和工具方面有丰富的经验。
