职位描述

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Procurement team on Product Development to ensure consistent project execution
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy and Management System with our suppliers pool
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
- Identifying, documenting, and analysing unsafe practices.
- Ensuring compliance with both internal and external protocols and regulations
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and CAP.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
- Liaising with engineers from other stakeholders (factories, clients) to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
- Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with other stakeholders.
- Collect quality data
- Identify key KPIs for product quality
- Support all team members and sales team with clients' product technical recommendations, requirements (i.e., testing, efficacy, reports), and feasibility.
- Attend customers project briefing meetings to understand each project from project initiation and support the teams (procurement / sales / regulations) with execution plans
- Support Procurement and Sales teams in preparing innovation product presentations if needed.
- Regularly communicating with Purchasing/Sourcing departments, Regulatory, QC as well as Sales departments for product specs and information, and maintaining a close connection with departments

Qualifications & Competencies
- BS or BA in Industrial engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of working experience in manufacturing process or retail beauty chain
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Well organized and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting established deadlines
- Demonstrated skills in analysing, reporting and documenting information with attention to detail
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Confident in English to attend European and US clients meetings
