职位描述
Job Title: Aftermarket Sales Manager (BU: SMH/SCK)
Department: Service
Report To: Service Director China
Subordinate: Yes
Location: Shanghai China
Actively Selling all after sales Products. Also responsible for achieving established company goals while acting in accordance with established policies.
1. Selling Modernization Projects, Spare Parts, Training, Repair and Field Service products to all Customers in the territory
2. Closely monitor status of outstanding quotations and develop/implement strategy for closing the order
3. Lead the local spare parts sales team for BU of Material Handling and Feeders
4. Maintain and implement training programs with all Agents in EMEA to insure they can perform
5. Forecast sales volume with the EMEA Reps
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Coperion products, policies and goals
7. Directly participate and formulate market penetration plan in EMEA territory
8. Ensure accuracy of quotations –pricing and commercial terms
9. Review all contracts for acceptance and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
10. Participate in trade shows and service seminars for reps and customers
11. Participate in travelling road shows, presentations etc.
12. Assist in collection of past due accounts
13. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated for respective territories and key accounts
14. Travel as needed, approximately 50-70%
15. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and applications sales for engineering of a highly technical product
2. Technical-commercial education with further training in sales and marketing
3. Knowledge of production processes employed within the plastics, food and pharmaceutical industries is advantageous
4. Ability to motivate people to achieve goals and acknowledge performance
5. Results-focused personality with vision, energy and flair
6. Experience in the industry of direct bulk material handling is highly desired
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to efficiently work in English
8. Knowledge of selling process; marketing techniques, process control, weighing, bulk materials handing, plastics, food, chemical process industries
