Responsibility:

1. Responsible for  the sourcing and order processing activities for office supply, shop floor supply, PPE, packaging, chenmicals, lubricants, gas, etc. Finish the soucing and order on time to meet timing plan requirements.
2. Take care of the safety stock orders and delivery.
3. Coordinate the communication between commodity and plant users.
4. Support commodity sourcing activities.
5. Manage supplier performance and review.
6. Drive the e-catalog implementation and initiate saving projects.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Business, Purchasing, Matieral management, or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of compliance with legal and ethical asepects of purchasing and contracting.
3. Knowledge of purchasing and proficient in MS-Excel skill.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skill.
