JD:

- Search from different countries Web administration sources all regulatory information that are in place in the Consumer goods markets.

- Interpret the regulation and sum up the data into comprehensive language for supply chain operators, including but not limited to performance, chemical, labelling, marking, packaging, safety, documentation, commercial obligation of importer/ manufacturer / distributor & environment regulation applicable according to product and marketplace.

- Create and customize protocols as well as adjusting these protocols following up with regulation updates.

- Link any regulation with harmonized and non-harmonized standards.

- Sum up standard content and explain simply testing and requirements for the client.

- Propose risk assessment to client according to product and country.

- Review all necessaries documentation which is mandatory to the product and concerned marketplace.

- Provides expert regulatory knowledge to support the Marketing and Sales teams as necessary.

- Training for products compliance services via Webinars and conferences

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in environment, chemistry or related.

- With work experience in 3rd party companies, be familiar with global Consumer non-food goods/ material.

- 3-5 years of working experience, with relevant experience in RCS / GRS / OCS/ OEKO certification

- Have intelligence/approach for these markets: CHINA / USA/ CANADA/ MEXICO/ EU/ MIDDLE EAST

- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

- Good command of English as working language.
