Job Purpose:
- Work closely with Sales/FAE team, distributors, and customers to design ACDC solutions
- Assist system engineers to develop customer demo and to test new application board.
- Assist senior engineers to develop new products to meet with market needs.

Accountabilities:
- Execute application support projects based on input from Sales/FAE Team, distributors and customers
- Train Sales/FAE team, distributors and customers on value and use of PCBD products
- Create designs to meet customer specifications and validate with lab bench tests.
- Document solutions (eg. Schematics, Datasheets, Application Notes)
- Support customers to debug issues (may need to go onsite).
- Develop work–around solutions to overcome issues such as device errata.
- Interface with Sales/FAE Teams, Product Marketing, Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering and Quality Engineering as needed to overcome issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar.
- Familiar with SMPS, experienced in Analog, Mixed-signal, and Digital circuit design
- PCB design/debug skills
- Result-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressure.
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
- Flexible to travel at short notice.
- Fluent written and verbal skills in English, and Chinese
- Good personal communication skill to work on all levels.
- Good interpersonal skill with different organisation internally and externally (marketing, applications, design, customers).
