Job Responsibility:
Ensure freight invoices are coded appropriately financial systems to be approved
Log and submit freight claims to global insurance provider according to process
Provide tracking for inbound or outbound orders according to regional scope
Monitor, review and update Order Management tickets regarding Logistics according to regional scope
Arrange bookings with local or global logistics service providers according to regional scope
Provide support to local logistics personnel as documented in the Logistics Control Tower regional scope document
Identify opportunities for improvement as it pertains to the job function, including, but not limited to: tools; triggers/inputs to the process; and internal processes
Provide timely responses to internal customers so that end customers receive accurate information and maintain high levels of satisfaction with Metso Outotec service
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain, logistics or related field preferred, or a combination of education. More than three years’ experience in logistics, experienced different functional area in logistics such as forwarding, warehouse management, transportation management, import & export, and supply chain management, etc.
Language: Strong English skills in reading and Writing. Smooth oral English.
Computer: Have a good command of MS Office, be familiar with SAP/ERP & TMS & Oracle system is a plus.
Excel Analysis ability is a plus
