CFO with Seat in Shanghai
Broetje Automation Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of the German company Broetje Automation Co. Ltd with headquarter in Rastede Germany (A Company of Shanghai Electric Group Corporation). We are the leading system supplier in the aerospace industry. We are now with a team of 30 employees and expending our company with rapid development of aerospace industry in China. We plan and implement highly efficient solutions for the assembly of aircrafts in China. Masterpieces emerge when individual virtuosos join to form an ensemble. General
Act as strategic partner of CEO, actively participate in strategic planning and initiate strategic proposal for business growth, productivity and profitability improvement and deliver strong leadership in budgeting and forecasting process.
Oversee daily administration of the finance organization for the Company. Responsible for prepare and submit financial report, project controlling and operational analysis. Ensure the high reliability and timely delivery of financial reporting in line with IFRS and Chinese local statutory requirements.
Main Focus of Tasks
Responsible for Financial Controlling, Project Controlling and Finance & Accounting.
Direct annual planning and budgeting including cost centre and financial planning, forecasting and controlling in order to achieve the financial targets.
Project cost estimation and controlling including hourly rates and overheads rates updating and analyse of project cost variances.
Identifying the areas where actions are required to achieve financial target and optimise the business and process.
Monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and period reporting package according to IFRS and Local GAAP.
Treasury management. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism to ensure a healthy cash flow forecast and financing the gap at lower cost.
Oversees the local internal control system and incorporates the rules of the BA group
Responsible for auditing, tax and legal issues.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in major of finance, accounting or controlling.
More than 8 years working experiences in the area and thereof, at least 2 years working experiences in manufacturing companies in the management level.
More than 2 years working experiences in a multinational environment.
Extensive familiarity with IFRS for the financial closing and reporting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong willingness of a team work.
Excellent leadership to motivate and build up a team.
SAP Knowledge of FI and CO Module
Excellent English in both writing and speaking.
