主要职责:
1、开发并领导不同级别的设计团队。
2、根据市场调查，向更广泛的团队提供清晰而专注的设计演示，确定当季的关键产品、形状、颜色和面料。
3、面料开发管理；采购需要的纺织品和辅料。
4、参与设计过程中从开发到生产的各个环节；检查所有样品，根据需要更换草图。
5、拥有从原创到初始样品的创作过程。
6、与开发团队密切合作，寻找并识别符合要求的面料和辅料。
7、定期与管理团队沟通，提供反馈和头脑风暴的方法，以帮助改善部门战略、制度和流程。
岗位要求:
1、8年以上服装设计团队管理经验。具有领导力、多方面团队协作的能力。
2、对时尚行业、品牌和新兴趋势有强烈的热情和知识。
3、具有在高度协作的跨职能工作环境下工作的经验。
4、熟练使用Adobe Photoshop和Illustrator。
5、有使用图案和尺寸规格的图案制作软件的经验，如Gerber软件。
6、能在全英文环境工作、有国外经历优先。
Key Responsibilities:
· Develops and leads a design team at varying levels.
· Based on market research, deliver clear and focused design presentations to the wider team, identifying key products, shapes, color and fabrics for the season.
· Manage fabric development; sourcing textiles and trims when needed.
· Engage in all aspects of design process from development through production; attending fittings, reviewing all samples, changing sketches as needed.
· Owning the creative process from original inception to initial sample.
· Work closely with development team to source and identify fabrics and trims that meet the Requirements:
· Meet regularly with the Management Team to provide feedback and brainstorm methods to help improve the departments strategies, systems and processes.
Skill&Abilities:
· Innovative and adaptive thinker who can problem solve new challenges.
· Proven experience in building a brand and driving the creative vision through multiple product categories.
· Proven ability to inspire a team and lead creative design process; to set a creative tone and to inspire ideas/new concepts.
· Proven time management and organizational skills.
· Strong collaboration and influencing skills - both internally & externally.
· Strong understanding of color print and pattern, and how to direct and support execution.
· Strong problem solving and decision quality.
· Objective and decisive; able to identify truly value-driving initiatives among a wide range of opportunities, then driving action to deliver that value.
· Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
· The ability to hand sketch effectively is a plus.
Requirements:
· An experienced design leader with a proven ability to lead and support a large volume, multi-faceted team.
· 8 + years of apparel design experience.
· 5+ years of leading and growing designers and leading / supporting design processes.
· Strong passion and knowledge of fashion industry, brands and emerging trends.
· Independent, & proactive work style.
· Demonstrated experience working in a highly collaborative cross-functional work environment.
· Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
· Experience with pattern-making software for patterns and size specs, i.e. Gerber Software.
